The SWOT kit

Most SWOT templates are four empty boxes, designed for boardrooms. Ours is built for owner-led and growing businesses, and it doesn’t stop at the boxes.

The free four-page kit takes you through:

  • The owner test. A “depends on me?” tick box on every line, because in a growing business your biggest strength and your biggest risk are often the same thing: you.
  • Questions written for small businesses, such as “What would happen if you were off for a month?” and “Which client would hurt most to lose?”
  • Five chairs around the table. A challenge round for when you don’t have a board: read your SWOT back as your best client, your bookkeeper and your toughest competitor would.
  • The TOWS matrix. Pair the boxes to turn what you find into actions, then choose your top three, with a version that fits a lean month.

It’s free, with no sign-up. Print it, fill it in, and book a date to review it in three to six months.
