Every programme is tailored

Most of our work is bespoke. We start by understanding your business: your growth stage, your current leadership capability, your people challenges and your commercial goals. From there, we design something that fits.

Rebecca Newenham

Founder, Get Ahead

Rebecca founded Get Ahead in 2010 and has spent fifteen years building it into an award-winning virtual support business with a team of over 90. Her training work focuses on personal impact, networking and professional presence, drawing on her experience working with a wide range of brands including professional services firms. She also consults on franchising and business scaling at Ashtons.

Sarah Yandell

Sarah Yandell

Regional Director, Essex & Suffolk

Sarah has built and scaled several businesses of her own, including a specialist travel business she successfully grew and sold. She works with founders through business and leadership coaching, helping them step back from the operational pressures of running a business and focus on what will actually move the needle. Her coaching draws on a framework of four foundations: vision and clarity, understanding the numbers, systems and processes, and leadership.

Hazel Hall

Regional Director, Kent & East Sussex

Hazel brings over two decades of senior HR experience across IT, engineering and the charity sector, including many years as part of a global engineering company’s Senior Leadership Team. She leads Get Ahead’s nationwide HR Essentials service and her training work spans HR, people management, leadership development and organisational change.

Our wider network includes practitioners across HR, marketing, operations and finance. Whoever you work with, the approach is the same: real experience, practical application, no generic frameworks.
