Meet our Founder, Rebecca Newenham

Get Ahead was born at Rebecca’s kitchen table in 2010, fuelled by ambition, three young daughters and a determination to prove that flexibility and commercial success can co-exist.

After a successful corporate career in buying, Rebecca knew she wanted to create a brand that would be bigger than her, one that supported growing businesses while also opening doors for talented professionals seeking more control over how and when they work.

Fast forward to today and Get Ahead is an award-winning outsourcing agency and franchise network, powered by over 80 Virtual Experts and Regional Partners across the UK. Together, they deliver high-quality marketing and business support to SMEs who need expertise without the commitment of hiring in-house.

Rebecca is known as a natural connector and community builder. She believes relationships drive growth, credibility builds confidence, and collaboration beats competition every time.

Her mission remains simple: To give business owners more time to focus on what they do best and to give ambitious professionals the platform to build something of their own.
