When & why did you join Get Ahead: My team and I joined Get Ahead VA early in 2015 to provide call answering support. It was a bit daunting on the first day – however with help from my excellent team we’ve had a smooth transition and been able to continue to deliver the high levels of customer service that Get Ahead VA customers are used to.
What did you do before you joined Get Ahead: I have been running my own Virtual Assistant and call answering business for over 5 years now. I have a real passion for working with entrepreneurs, start-ups and small business owners to help them save valuable time.
Career highlight to date: Luckily there are a few to choose from! If I had to pick one then I would say my top highlight was the day I got my 100th client. It was a milestone I was really proud of.
Plans for the future: I have been working with Get Ahead VA for a couple of months now, so I am really excited to continue to work closely with Rebecca and the rest of the team. Alongside working with Get Ahead VA, I am looking forward to continuing to grow my own virtual assistant business. I am also in the process of creating an online community for Virtual Assistants to come together to communicate and collaborate with each other which is a really interesting project.
