International Women’s Day is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating women’s equality.
IWD 2025 campaign theme is ‘Accelerate Action’ emphasising the importance of taking swift and decisive steps to achieve gender equality. It calls for increased momentum and urgency in addressing the systemic barriers and biases that women face, both in personal and professional spheres.
Hosted by Metro Bank, Chelmsford, Get Connected and Ambitious Women in Essex, join other like minded women and take the opportunity to connect and network; as well as hear from 1 or 2 guest speakers, who will share their stories.
