We can start by helping you get the basics in place with our HR Foundations package. This is perfect for small or new businesses hiring their first employee and includes a 30-minute consultation, customised employment contract and offer letter templates, a basic employee handbook covering core policies, and a new starter checklist.

If you need ongoing advice and practical support, we can act as your HR Partner. This gives you access to expert guidance whenever you need it, whether that’s handling a grievance, managing leave policies, or understanding best practice for appraisals. Time is pre-purchased and used in 15-minute segments, so you only pay for what you need.

For growing SMEs we can also ensure your HR processes are ready for scale with our HR Confidence package. This includes a full HR documentation audit, updated contracts and policies, a review of onboarding and leaver processes and a simple HR tracker template for holidays and absences. Plus you’ll get a one-hour follow-up consultation to make sure everything is implemented correctly.

And for businesses that want to take HR admin off their plate, we offer HR Assist. This starts at just eight hours of HR admin plus one hour of HR Partner support each month, covering tasks such as absence tracking, drafting contracts, maintaining personnel files, and basic reporting.

We can also provide add-ons to tailor your support further, from custom policy creation (such as hybrid working or wellbeing) and recruitment coordination, to employee relations support, training materials, and HR software setup.
