With 20 years’ senior management experience in the fresh supply chain sector, Fiona brings strong commercial awareness, stakeholder management expertise and a sharp eye for operational efficiency. Her background taught her how incremental process improvements can drive measurable performance gains, and how protecting leadership capacity is critical as organisations scale.

Since joining Get Ahead in 2018, Fiona has built a thriving regional network, working with businesses ranging from sole traders to multi-million-pound organisations.
