Suzanne Evett

Suzanne brings a wealth of experience to the role of Regional Director, combining corporate HR expertise with hands-on entrepreneurial experience.

With a background spanning over a decade at Microsoft and Vodafone, Suzanne built her career in operational HR and performance management, supporting employee populations of up to 10,000. She led complex global performance cycles, analysed Board-level people metrics and implemented structured systems across international teams, giving her deep insight into how strong operational foundations drive commercial success.

Highly resourceful, proactive and detail-oriented, Suzanne specialises in operations and office management, as well as the delivery of complex corporate events. Her event experience spans the pharmaceutical sector, running international programmes across the UK, USA and Hong Kong – from one-day seminars to multi-day conference and exhibition events. She has overseen full end-to-end delivery, including marketing collateral, delegate and speaker management, sponsor liaison and venue coordination.

Having set up and run her own successful VA business for six years, with a particular focus on supporting early-stage start-ups, Suzanne saw the opportunity to join an established franchise and joined Get Ahead in 2019. Today, she draws on both corporate structure and small business agility to help clients build strong operational foundations and access the right expertise at the right time.
