When & why did you join Get Ahead:  

I joined Get Ahead in January 2025, because I was looking for an opportunity to use my skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. The idea of helping businesses grow while maintaining a flexible work – life balance really resonated with me. I am excited by the chance to be part of a team that values expertise, efficiency, and collaboration. 

What did you do before you joined Get Ahead: Before joining Get Ahead 

I built a diverse career across Telecomms, banking and defence. I worked as a business analyst in Telecomms, gaining valuable insights into operations and strategy. I also managed high profile defence sector events ensuring seamless execution and strong stakeholder engagement. Additionally, I led the banking sector within Telecomms overseeing key processes and driving efficiency. These experiences have equipped me with strong analytical, project management and leadership skills. 

Career highlight to date: 

One of my biggest career highlights to date has been transforming my clients social media presence from the ground up. Through a strategic mix of content creation, engagement tactics and data driven insights I helped increase their follower count and boost engagement rates. This success not only strengthened their brand visibility but also lead to increased customer inquiries and sales.  

Plans for the future: 

Looking ahead I am eager to develop my role within Get Ahead by expanding my expertise and taking on new challenges. I want to build strong relationships with clients, help businesses streamline their operations and continue growing professionally.
