Suzanne brings a wealth of experience to the role of Regional Director, combining corporate HR expertise with hands-on entrepreneurial experience.
With a background spanning over a decade at Microsoft and Vodafone, Suzanne built her career in operational HR and performance management, supporting employee populations of up to 10,000+. She led complex global performance cycles, analysed Board-level people metrics and implemented structured systems across international teams, giving her deep insight into how strong operational foundations drive commercial success.
Having set up and run her own successful VA business for six years, with a particular focus on supporting early-stage start-ups, Suzanne saw the opportunity to join an established franchise and joined Get Ahead. These experiences sharpened her understanding of the realities facing growing SMEs and strengthened her passion for supporting businesses at pivotal growth stages.
