Do you have an award winning business?

The Federation of Small Business (FSB) Worldpay awards showcase some of the UK’s best and most exciting small businesses.  The awards are free to enter and the winners receive a cash prize of £4,500, with the overall UK winner receiving an additional £5,000, national publicity and a marketing workshop tailored to their business’ needs.  Imagine how your business could benefit from both the cash injection and the PR support?

There are 4 categories to choose from and entries close on 31st January so you have a few weeks left to get your entry in.  The 4 categories cater for a range of businesses and include Business Innovation of the Year, Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Micro Business of the Year and Online Business of the Year.  Which do you think your business fits best?

The Young Entrepreneur award focusses on youth, highlighting successful entrepreneurs aged 30 and under who can demonstrate impressive business success over the past few years, whilst the Micro Business award looks to promote businesses employing 10 or less people.  The Online Business award is tailored to companies that can demonstrate particular success from trading online, whilst the Business Innovation award looks to reward innovation of any kind that has made a real difference to a business – be it a new product, service, route to market or marketing campaign.  The awards all highlight types of businesses that are contributing significantly to the recovery and growth of the UK economy – innovation, youth, online sales and small businesses – from 1 person starting up through to established companies employing 250 people.

If you think your business has a chance of winning our PR VA’s can help draft a compelling awards entry for you to maximise your chances of winning the cash prize.  Why not give us a call on 01482 332220 or email us at pr@getaheadva.com to find out how we can help?
