What situation was your business in when you came to Get Ahead VA?  To be successful in the service industry you can’t afford to be sat in an office all day.  We needed to be on-site checking standards, recruiting, training staff and constantly visiting our customers’ premises to ensure consistently high standards, and the luxury of having someone in the office 37 hours a week was simply not an option.

What problems were you experiencing?   All of our resources were going into providing a great service for our clients – leaving little budget to spend on office staff.

What might have happened if you hadn’t taken any action?  We may have missed vital sales enquiries!
