What situation was your business in when you came to Get Ahead VA? We were creaking at the seams trying to be all things to all people. We were out seeing and advising clients, leaving no one in the office to answer incoming calls from existing or prospective customers.
What problems were you experiencing? Missed calls were leading to a reduced level of customer service for our existing clients and we were afraid that we were also missing opportunities for new business as we weren’t there to pick up the phone when someone decided to call.
