What situation was your business in when you came to Get Ahead VA?  Whilst I was busy in front of clients I was having to rely on answerphones to pick up messages.  With no admin support I was having to do everything myself - including writing up minutes of meetings. 

What problems were you experiencing?  I never had enough time.  I was busy doing the wrong jobs and not being able to grow the business.  I knew that this was not the public face I wanted the business to project to existing and potential clients. 

What might have happened if you hadn’t taken any action?  Opportunities would have been lost and I would still be a rotten typist!
